WARRANTY REQUEST

  • For a period of (1) year, the workmanship and materials shall be free of construction defects.
     

  • For a period of (2) years, the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning delivery systems shall be free of construction defects.
     

  • For a period of (10) years, the major structural components of the home shall be free of construction defects.
